Full central heating (for which there is no extra charge) has made use of Victorian radiators, & open log fires add to the nostalgic atmosphere should you choose to have them. 
The kitchen is small but well equipped.  A dishwasher, fridge freezer, four ring electric oven with grill,& a micro wave are provided along with automatic washing machine & drier & food processor.
As with most cottages of this age the bathroom is downstairs.  It has a toilet, handbasin, roll top bath, & a three setting shower.
A colour TV & radio/CD/ cassette player are provided.  The telephone is a nostalgic 1940's model but capable of both incoming & outgoing calls & connection to a lap top computer.
